Terms and Conditions
Before making a purchase from Rowan Sophia please read the following terms and conditions.

All items sold at Rowan Sophia are handmade by me, each item is unique and may differ slightly to the photos on this website.

Payment
Our payment platform is securely hosted by Wix. We currently accept Credit, Debit Cards, PayPal and Clearpay.
Shipping
Turnaround times are listed on the item descriptions, we will always aim to ship your order within the time frame given at the time the order was placed. If there are any delays in posting you will be kept informed. You'll receive email notification once your order has been shipped

Items shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For at a flat rate of £3.95.
​
International Shipping is available at a flat rate of £10. This is shipped with Royal Mail international standard delivery service.
If you wish for you order to be shipped using a different service then please email me, but please note this will incur additional charges.

Please make sure that your delivery address is accurate, if the order ends up going to the wrong place due to the wrong address being supplied then a refund will not be issued.

Lost Parcel
​
Royal Mail considers parcels lost 10 working days after the due date. For example 2nd class the due date is 3 days after posting. If your order hasn't arrived 13 days after posting then we will offer you either a replacement or a refund of your original purchase.

Packaging
​
At Rowan Sophia we ensure that all items are quality checked before they are wrapped. We make sure that all the packaging including the tape can be placed in your recycling bin, or you can reuse the tissue paper/box.
Returns and Refunds
We endeavour to ensure that all items that leave us are of a standard that we can be proud of. However in the event that you receive your order and you find something that you aren't satisfied with then please contact us ASAP!

If you find you aren't happy with you order you have 14 days from arrival of your order to contact us to arrange a return and refund.
​
The cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the buyer, the exception to this is if the item is being returned due to the item being damaged when you received it.
​
Items need to be returned to us in their original packaging, unused and unworn in order for a refund to be issued.
​
Once the items have been returned a full refund will be issued once they have been received. Rowan Sophia is not responsible for items going missing on return items. Please insure you're happy with how you're sending them back to us and that you will be reimbursed by the delivery company if they are lost in transit.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods.
​
If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery a refund will be issued minus the original postage fee.
